We provide digital design resources including Photoshop PSD templates, wedding
album designs, PNG elements, backgrounds, fonts, templates and other downloadable
digital products.
1. Digital Products Only
All products available on GoriPSD.com are digital products.
We do not sell or ship physical products.
- No physical product will be shipped.
- No courier or postal delivery is applicable.
- No shipping charges are applicable.
- Products are delivered electronically.
2. Digital Delivery
After successful payment and order confirmation, the purchased digital product
will be made available for download through the GoriPSD website and/or the
delivery method provided with the order.
Depending on the product and order, the download may be available through:
- The order confirmation or Thank You page
- Your My Account → Downloads section
- A download link sent to your registered email address
Customers are requested to provide a valid and accessible email address during
checkout.
3. Delivery Time
Digital products are generally delivered immediately after successful
payment confirmation.
In certain situations, delivery may be delayed due to payment verification,
technical issues, server problems, security checks or temporary website
maintenance.
4. Payment Successful but Product Not Received
If your payment has been successfully completed but you cannot access or
download your purchased product, please contact our customer support team.

5. Failed or Pending Payments
If a payment is marked as failed, cancelled or pending, the digital product
may not be delivered until the payment is successfully confirmed.
If the amount has been deducted from your bank account but the order has not
been confirmed, please contact us with your transaction or order details.
6. Download Availability
Download availability may depend on the individual product, order and download
settings applicable to that product.
Please refer to the respective product page for any specific information about
download limits or access conditions.
7. No Physical Shipping
Since GoriPSD.com provides digital products only, there is no physical shipping,
courier delivery, tracking number or physical delivery address requirement for
purchased products.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and email information
during checkout and for maintaining access to their GoriPSD account and email
address, where applicable.
GoriPSD is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect email
address, inaccessible email account or failure to follow the provided download
instructions.
